Service

LoveUnlocked lets you create and publish a personalized digital gift for a one-time price shown before checkout. You must review the private preview before paying. Gifts are locked after checkout begins.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content and grant us a limited license to host, process, and display it solely to provide the service. You confirm that you have permission to upload and share all content and that it does not violate law, privacy, copyright, or third-party rights.

Prohibited content

You may not upload illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, malicious, or non-consensual intimate content, or use the service to harass, impersonate, threaten, or deceive anyone.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may remove content, suspend access, or discontinue features where required for security, legal compliance, or service operation.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected gift. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
