LoveUnlocked is a personalized digital product created and published immediately after successful payment.

Before payment

You receive a private interactive preview and can return to editing before checkout. Please review names, text, media, section order, links, and passcode carefully.

After payment

Because the personalized digital service begins immediately with your express request and the gift is published at once, cancellation rights may be limited where permitted by applicable consumer law. This does not affect your mandatory legal rights.

Technical problems

If payment succeeds but the gift is unavailable or materially defective, contact support@loveunlckd.com with the payment date and gift link. We will repair, replace, or refund the purchase where appropriate.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact us promptly. Confirmed duplicate or unauthorized charges will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Stripe procedures.
